Die Montage war in kürzester Zeit erledigt – Lenker anschrauben, fertig. Innerhalb von zwei Minuten war der Scooter einsatzbereit.
Beim Fahren überzeugt der Xiaomi 5 Pro auf ganzer Linie: Die Beschleunigung – insbesondere im Sportmodus – ist dynamisch und kräftig. Nach kurzem Antreten erreicht man die Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 20 km/h in wenigen Sekunden. Dabei bleibt die Fahrt angenehm ruhig und stabil – keine Klappergeräusche, kein Wackeln. Die Federung schluckt kleinere Unebenheiten problemlos, was den Fahrkomfort deutlich erhöht.
Was mich besonders beeindruckt: Die Reichweite ist trotz hügeliger Strecken sehr gut. Ich vermute, dass auch die Energierückgewinnung beim Bremsen hierzu beiträgt – ein durchdachtes Feature. Die App-Anbindung funktionierte sofort, ist intuitiv gestaltet und bietet alle nötigen Einstellungen auf einen Blick – von den Einstellungen zur Energierückgewinnung (Aus / leicht / mittel / hoch) über Sperrfunktion bis zu detaillierten Fahrstatistiken.
Auch die Bremsleistung ist stark – fast schon zu effektiv bei plötzlichem Stopp, da man das Gefühl bekommt, nach vorn über den Lenker zu kippen. Hier wäre ein etwas sanfterer Übergang wünschenswert, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Im direkten Vergleich zum Vorgängermodell 4 Pro merkt man die Weiterentwicklung deutlich – Beschleunigung und Federung wurden spürbar verbessert. Für kurze Arbeitswege oder als Ergänzung zu Bus und Bahn ist dieser Scooter ideal. Praktisch: Der kleine Haken am Lenker eignet sich hervorragend, um Einkaufstüten sicher zu transportieren.

The assembly was completed in a very short time — screw on the handlebars and you're done. The scooter was ready for use within two minutes.
When driving, the Xiaomi 5 Pro is convincing across the board: The acceleration — especially in sport mode — is dynamic and powerful. After a short start, you reach the top speed of 20 km/h in just a few seconds. The journey remains pleasantly smooth and stable — no rattling noises, no wobbling. The suspension easily absorbs minor bumps, which significantly increases driving comfort.
What particularly impresses me: The range is very good despite hilly routes. I suspect that energy recovery during braking also contributes to this — a well-thought-out feature. The app connection worked immediately, is intuitively designed and offers all necessary settings at a glance — from energy recovery settings (off/ easy/medium/high) to lock functions and detailed driving statistics.
The braking performance is also strong — almost too effective when stopped suddenly, as you feel like you're tilting forward over the handlebars. A slightly smoother transition would be welcome here, but that is whining at a high level.
In direct comparison with the predecessor model 4 Pro, you can clearly see the development — acceleration and suspension have been noticeably improved. This scooter is ideal for short commutes or as an addition to buses and trains. Practical: The small hook on the handlebar is ideal for safely transporting shopping bags.
Overall, an all-round successful, powerful and reliable model — a clear purchase recommendation!
Heute war ich mit ihm 30 km unterwegs, hier auf dem Land. Ich machte einen Ausflug nach Oldenburg in Holstein und er zog jeden Hügel mit 20 km/h hoch. Bei einer kurzen höheren Steigung ging er mal auf 16 km/h kurz runter, aber das ist für mich ganz normal.
Akku-Leistung:
Ich wiege ca. 83 kg, hatte noch einen Rucksack mit ca. 4 kg dabei und nach 30 km hatte er noch 26 % Akku und die App meinte, dass er ca. 18 km noch fährt. Es waren ca. 10 Grad draußen.
Ich habe mit einer Reichweite von 50 km gerechnet, die hat er bei 10 Grad fast erreicht und so denke ich, dass er im Sommer reale gute 50 km schafft. Damit bin ich zufrieden.
Zur App:
Ja, ich wollte keine chinesische App auf meinem Handy, aber man kann nicht alles haben. Ich habe eine neue E-Mail-Adresse für die App eingerichtet. Niemand muss sich mit seinem Google- oder Apple- oder einem sonstigen Konto anmelden.
Federung:
Mir reicht die Federung völlig. Sie steckt einiges Weg. Klar, „Katzenkopf-Pflaster“, da rüttelt es einen durch, wie aber auch auf jedem Fahrrad.
Bremsen:
Ich brauche bei dem Tempo keine Scheibenbremsen. Die Bremsen reichen völlig aus. Zudem sind sie wartungsarm und der 4 Ultra hat zudem Reifen, die kleinere „Eindringlinge“ von selbst wieder verschließen und der Motor und die Bremsen sind wasser- und staubgeschützt.
So viel erst einmal. Von mir bekommt der 4 Ultra eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
Update 9. März 2025:
Jetzt war ich zweimal mit ihm an der Ostsee, das sind 17 km, für die ich 53 Minuten gebraucht habe, gesamt 34 km, Akkustand wieder zu Hause noch 26 % (noch 18 km laut App). Dafür hatte ich ihn mir vor allem gekauft, damit ich auch ohne Auto entspannend an den Strand fahren kann. Dieser Plan ist aufgegangen.A good year ago (November 2023) I bought the Xiaomi 4 Ultra here on Amazon for a friend. Since she's been riding with him without any problems since then, I also bought a Xiaomi 4 Ultra, my first e-scooter.
Today I traveled 30 km with him, here in the countryside. I went on a trip to Oldenburg in Holstein and he pulled up every hill at 20 km/h. On a short higher climb, it went down briefly to 16 km/h, but that's completely normal for me.
Battery power:
I weigh approx. 83 kg, still had a backpack of approx. 4 kg with me and after 30 km it still had 26% battery and the app said that he was still driving approx. 18 km. It was about 10 degrees outside.
I expected a range of 50 km, which it almost reached at 10 degrees and so I think that it could really do a good 50 km in summer. I'm happy with that.
About the app:
Yes, I didn't want a Chinese app on my phone, but you can't have everything. I've set up a new email address for the app. No one needs to sign in with their Google or Apple or any other account.
Suspension: The suspension is completely sufficient for
me. She's gone a long way. Sure, “cat head patch”, it shakes you through, just like on any bike.
Brakes:
I don't need disc brakes at this speed. The brakes are completely sufficient. They also require little maintenance and the 4 Ultra also has tires that seal smaller “intruders” by themselves and the engine and brakes are water and dust resistant.

Update March 9, 2025:
Now I've been to the Baltic Sea twice with him, that's 17 km, which took me 53 minutes, a total of 34 km, battery level back home still 26% (another 18 km according to the app). I bought it primarily so that I could drive to the beach in a relaxing way even without a car. That plan worked.
I am 94kg. With the weight that I have I did not expect it to go 70km.
It goes 40km+. This range for these scooters are realistic and I am satisfied.
Ofc I am in Germany and it only goes 20km/h.
But the product arrived as described in very good condition.
It is a little heavy but it is a little heavyduty it is not a toy.
Recommend it.
Kurz gefasst: Geld hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Allerdings waren 2 grundlegende Upgrades nötig:
1.) Standard-Reifen gegen Vollgummireifen ausgetauscht: Erster Reifen war nach 3 Monaten Platt, zweiter nach ca. 5. Direkt jeweils gegen Vollgummireifen ausgetauscht... minimal "härteres" Fahrgefühl, aber keine Gefahr eines Platten mehr. Der Austausch ist allerdings körperlich anstrengend. Hilfe durch eine zweite Person ist empfohlen.
2.) Halterung des hinteren Schutzbleches ausgetauscht : Das Original ist konstruktionstechnisch eine absolute Katastrophe. Wie das jemals so als Design durchkam ist mit schleierhaft! Der Bügel ist mit kleinen Schrauben am Rahmen befestigt, diese lösen sich aber mit der Zeit immer wieder, wodurch das Ganze extrem zu klappern anfängt. Es gibt jedoch Alternativen, bei denen ein deutlich breiterer Bügel durch das Hinterrad selbst (bzw. dessen Nabe) fixiert wird. Eine wesentlich simplere und eigentlich naheliegendere Lösung, bei der sich Nichts so einfach lockern kann.
Leistung: Solide! Nur ganz am Anfang, vor halt 2,5 Jahren, war ich erst etwas enttäuscht, da der Pro 2 zum Einen gefühlt sehr langsam beschleunigte und zum Anderen kaum die maximalen 20 km/h erreichte, sondern eher immer bei 19 blieb. Nach einem Firmwareupdate Mitte/Ende 2021 hatte sich das aber erledigt, seitdem alles perfekt.
Akku: Auch nach 2,5 Jahren kein merkbarer Kapazitätsverlust. Roller wird indoor aufbewahrt und hängt dann eigentlich permanent am Netzteil. Dadurch ist der aber auch meist noch bei 85%, bevor er wieder geladen wird.
DIY-Reparaturfähigkeit: Zum Glück gibt es Massen an Youtube-Videos, in denen erklärt wird, wie man bei der (De-)Montage von Reifen oder Elektronik vorzugehen hat. Wer grundlegendes handwerkliches Geschickt besitzt und bislang selbst sein Fahrrad repariert hat, der sollte auch hier zurecht kommen. Sowohl Reifenwechsel (auf Vollgummi, allerdings solo ein Kraftakt) als auch Austausch von bei Sturz beschädigten elektronischen Bremse/Gashebel konnte ich bislang alles selbst richten. Etwas irritierend ist nur, dass (warum auch immer) so gut wie jede Schraubenvariante, die existiert, eingesetzt wurde... Imbus, Torx und klassisch Kreuz. Ein gut ausgerüsteter Werkzeugkasten sollte also vorhanden sein.My Mi Pro 2 now has over 2500 km (sic!!! 2.5 years to work every week, 5 km per day), so I think this is enough as a long-term test ;-) In
short: money was more than worth it. However, 2 basic upgrades were required:
1.) Standard tires replaced by solid tires: The first tire was flat after 3 months, the second after approx. 5. Directly replaced with solid tires in each case... minimally “harder” driving experience, but no longer the risk of a flat tire. However, the exchange is physically demanding. Help from a second person is recommended.
2.) Rear fender bracket replaced: The original is an absolute disaster in terms of construction. How that ever came through as a design is also a mystery! The bracket is attached to the frame with small screws, but these come loose again and again over time, causing the whole thing to rattle extremely. However, there are alternatives in which a significantly wider bracket is fixed by the rear wheel itself (or its hub). A much simpler and actually more obvious solution, where nothing can be easily loosened up.
Performance: Solid! It was only at the very beginning, just 2.5 years ago, that I was a bit disappointed at first, as the Pro 2 felt like it accelerated very slowly and on the other hand barely reached the maximum 20 km/h, but rather always stayed at 19. However, after a firmware update in mid/end of 2021, everything was done perfectly since then.
Battery: No noticeable loss of capacity even after 2.5 years. Scooter is stored indoors and is then actually permanently attached to the power supply. However, as a result, it is usually still at 85% before it is recharged.
DIY repairability: Fortunately, there are tons of YouTube videos that explain how to proceed when (disassembling) tires or electronics. Anyone who has basic manual skills and has repaired their bike themselves so far should be able to get by here too. So far, I have been able to do everything myself, both tire changes (on solid rubber, but only a feat of strength) and replacement of electronic brake/throttle lever damaged in the event of a fall. The only thing that is a bit irritating is that (for whatever reason) just about every screw variant that exists was used... Imbus, Torx and classic cross. A well-equipped toolbox should therefore be available.
FAZIT VORAB
Insgesamt finden wir den Pro 2 wirklich gut. Er ist schön kompakt, relative leicht zu tragen und im Kofferraum eines Autos zu verstauen und schafft bis zu mässiger Steigung im Sportgang volle 20 km/h. Die Reichweite von 45 km erreicht er nur, wie alle, unter optimalen Bedingungen, wir sind aber im normalen Betrieb tatsächlich schon an die 40 km Marke herangekommen. Hut ab. Die App ist etwas einfallslos, man sieht nicht die zuvor gefahrenen Streckenlängen usw. Bei größeren Steigungen falls die Fahrgeschwindigkeit deutlich ab auf 15 oder 10 km/h je nach Steigung. Insgesamt aber ein prima Roller, den wir gerne nutzen.
FAHRLEISTUNG
Der Pro 2 lässt sich sehr schön fahren. Die Standfläche ist schön groß, die Reifendurchmesser ausreichend für ein sicheres Fahrgefühl. Die Luftfederung der Reifen ist eher hart aber nimmt die härtesten Unebenheiten schon etwas auf. Bei wenig effizienter Fahrweise (also Vollgas, bremsen auch mit Scheibenbremse statt Motor-Repurationsbremse) kommt man gute 30 km, wenn man etwas bewusster fährt sind aber 40 km drin – wow! Die Lenkradhöhe ist angenehm auch für Menschen > 180 cm.
FAHRMODUS
Es gibt “Schrittgeschwindigkeit”, “Normalmodus” und “Sportmodus”. Bei Schrittgeschwindigkeit fährt der Roller maximal 5 km/h, im Normalmodus bis zu 15 km/h und im Sportmodus 20 km/h. Im Sportmodus merkt man schon deutlich den Zug im Vorderrad. Wenn man nicht ausreichend Gewicht auf den Roller bringt und in einer Kurve ist, kann das Vorderrad auch schon mal ein wenig “durchdrehen”. Eine kritische Situation oder Wegrutschen ist bei uns aber bisher nicht entstanden. Ich nehme an, der Roller registriert das und stoppt das Durchdrehen. Die drei Fahrstufen sind prima und die Kraft auch sehr gut. Nur bei größeren Steigungen schafft selbst der Sportmodus nicht mehr die volle Geschwindigkeit. Wer eine “Bergziege” braucht, der muss sich einen anderen Roller suchen.
TRANSPORT
Der Roller ist sicher und einfach am Lenker einklappbar und kann dann an der Lenkstange getragen werden. So kann er auch leicht in jedem Kofferraum verstaut werden. Er ist recht leicht gemessen an seiner Leistung und Akkugröße.
APP
Die App ist eher ein Schwachpunkt. Man sieht die aktuelle Fahrgeschwindigkeit (sieht man aber auch auf dem Rollerdisplay), den Batteriestand, die Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit und die zurückgelegten Kilometer. Leider löschen sich diese Daten nach dem Ausschalten des Rollers. Die Gesamtkilometer (seit Inbetriebnahme) sieht man z. B. im technischen Menü. Es fehlt eine Liste der zurückgelegten Kilometer pro Tag usw. Kein Log-Buch also. Man kann in der App den Motor sperren und hat damit eine Wegfahrsperre. Kein Diebstahlschutz natürlich aber besser als nichts. In der App kann auch eingestellt werden in drei Stufen, wie stark die Energierückgewinnung ist wenn man vom Gas geht (also Repureration vs. “Ausrollen lassen”). Insgesamt überzeugt die App nicht, das geht besser.
FAZIT
Wie obene schon geschrieben ist der Roller prima und ist für den normalen täglichen Gebrauch für kürzere und auch längere Strecken prima. Die App ist wenig funktional und für Gegenden mit stärkeren Steigungen würde ich ein stärkeren Roller empfehlen. Für unsere Zwecke ist der Roller prima und erhält daher gute vier Sterne von uns ⭐⭐⭐⭐.The Mi Pro 2 e-scooter/e-scooter from Xiaomi should provide us with more alternative mobility. CONCLUSION IN ADVANCE
Overall, we really like the Pro 2. It is very compact, relatively easy to carry and store in the trunk of a car and can reach a full 20 km/h up to a moderate incline in sports gear. Like all, it only reaches the range of 45 km under optimal conditions, but we have actually already reached the 40 km mark in normal operation. Hats off. The app is a bit unimaginative, you don't see the previous route lengths, etc. On larger climbs, the driving speed drops significantly to 15 or 10 km/h depending on the slope. Overall, however, a great scooter that we like to use.
DRIVING PERFORMANCE
The Pro 2 is very nice to drive. The stand area is nice and the tire diameter is sufficient for a safe driving experience. The air suspension of the tires is rather hard but absorbs the hardest bumps a bit. If you drive less efficiently (i.e. full throttle, brakes also with disc brakes instead of motor repair brakes), you can drive a good 30 km, but if you drive a little more consciously, you get 40 km — wow! The steering wheel height is also comfortable for people > 180 cm.
RIDE MODE
There is “Walking Speed,” “Normal Mode,” and “Sport Mode.” At walking speed, the scooter travels a maximum of 5 km/h, in normal mode up to 15 km/h and in sport mode 20 km/h. In sport mode, you can already clearly notice the train in the front wheel. If you don't put enough weight on the scooter and are in a bend, the front wheel can sometimes “spin” a bit. However, we have not experienced a critical situation or slipping away so far. I assume the scooter registers that and stops freaking. The three speeds are great and the power is also very good. Only on larger climbs, even the sport mode can no longer reach full speed. If you need a “mountain goat”, you have to look for another scooter.
TRANSPORT
The scooter is safe and easy to fold on the handlebars and can then be carried on the handlebar. This also makes it easy to store in any trunk. It is quite lightweight in terms of its performance and battery size.
APP
The app is more of a weak point. You can see the current driving speed (but you can also see it on the scooter display), the battery level, the average speed and the kilometers traveled. Unfortunately, this data is deleted after the scooter is switched off. The total kilometers (since commissioning) can be seen, for example, in the technical menu. There is no list of the kilometers traveled per day, etc., so no log book. You can lock the engine in the app and therefore have an immobilizer. No anti-theft protection, of course, but it's better than nothing. In the app, you can also set in three steps how strong the energy recovery is when you run off gas (i.e. repureration vs. “let it roll out”). Overall, the app is not convincing, it works better.
CONCLUSION
As already written above, the scooter is great and is great for normal daily use for shorter and longer distances. The app is not very functional and for areas with steep climbs, I would recommend a stronger scooter. The scooter is great for our purposes and therefore receives a good four stars from us ⭐⭐⭐⭐.
Ansonsten quietscht der Lenker bisschen wo die Schrauben sind durch längerem Fahren. Bremsen halten gut.
Nur muss man sorgsamer mit den Reifen umgehen da der vordere Reifen beschleunigt ist der auch viel schnell abgenutzt als das hintere Rad.

Ich fahre mit ihm tagtäglich zur Arbeit und zurück ca 5km pro Weg. Leider auf dem Hinweg mit einer starken Steigung, dort läuft er unter vollerkraft nur seine 12 bis 15 km/h und verbraucht ziemlich Akku, aber welches Auto würde bei einem Berg nicht auch mehr Sprit verbrauchen.
Ich komme so auf eine Reichweite von 25km. Bei normaler Fahrweise auch auf 30 bis 35km. Leider noch 10 bis 15 km weniger als angegeben, aber dafür muss man wahrscheinlich auch 50kg wiegen und in direkt hinterm Deich wohnen.
Kurz zusammengefasst,
Er läuft tadellos und auch schön ruhig.
Auch die Anmeldung war bei der DEVK überhaupt kein Problem.

✅ Trägt auch Personen von deutlich über 100kg ohne Probleme, Speed auf der Ebene dann immer noch bei 19km/h. Beschleunigung auch dann noch völlig ausreichend. Fahre immer im S-Modus. Reichweite daher und wegen dem Gewicht deutlich unter 20km. Bergauf dann doch sehr zäh.

Etwas ungünstig:
❌Das korrekte Aufpumpen des Vorderreifens ist - mit/trotz der beiliegenden flexiblen Ventilverlängerung - schwierig, da beim Lösen der Verlängerung zu viel Druck entweicht. Habe mir daher eine starre Ventilverlängerung für unter 5€ bei Amazon bestellt, dass geht nun deutlich besser.
❌ Ladestecker unterhalb der Trittfläche. Somit muss man sich tief bücken. Auch Feuchtigkeit könnte dort schneller hinkommen. Sollte eigentlich besser knapp unterhalb des Lenkers sein.
Fazit: Obwohl ich deutlich schwerer bin, als vom Hersteller zugelassen komme ich perfekt mit dem Scooter 🛴 klar. Kleine Verbesserungen sind möglich. Aber: Für den Preis wirklich perfekt.Due to my weight, I was a little sceptical when ordering. But after receiving the scooter and a thorough test drive, I can say:
✅ Carries even people of well over 100kg without any problems, speed on the level then still at 19 km/h. Acceleration is still quite sufficient. Always drive in S mode. Range therefore and due to the weight well below 20km. Um then very tough.
✅ Very decent pull on drivers around 70kg.

✅ Visually, the 🛴 makes a very stable impression.

✅ Bought here for €309 in March 2021 - thus very good value for money.
Slightly unfavorable:
❌ Correctly inflating the front tyre is difficult - with/despite the flexible valve extension included - because too much pressure escapes when the extension is released. I therefore ordered a rigid valve extension from Amazon for less than €5, which is now much better.
❌ Charging plug underneath the tread. So you have to bend down deeply. Moisture could also get there faster. Better be just below the handlebar.
Conclusion: Although I am significantly heavier than approved by the manufacturer, I can perfectly cope with the Scooter 🛴. Small improvements are possible. But: really perfect for the price.
Der Pro 2 verspricht in der Theorie eine Reichweite von bis zu 45 km, in der Praxis erreiche ich mit 100 kg Kampfgewicht, nicht nur in der Ebene, auch bei leichteren Steigungen im "Sportmodus" 😅 so um die 30 km. Das empfinde ich immer noch als sehr ordentlich. Apropos "Sportmodus", ja bei dieser Einstellung fährt der Scooter maximal 19 km/h und schöpft daher nicht die gesetzlich limitierten 20 km/h voll aus.
Bei leichten Gefällen geht's so bis 21 km/h. Kann ich durchaus mit leben. Man sollte das Gesamtpaket betrachten, die Bremsen vermitteln einen vertrauenserweckenden Eindruck, genauso wie der Klappmechanismus. Der Scooter ist leicht zu händeln und schnell einsatzbereit. Das große Trittbrett ist für 2 Füße der Schuhgröße 47 geeignet, die Lenkerhöhe passt auch für 1,90 m große Fahrer, man fühlt sich sicher und hat einen guten Stand.
Wer den Anspruch an eine flauschige Federung stellt, möge sich einen Motorroller, Motorrad oder weitaus hochpreisigeren E-Scooter kaufen. Man kann nicht alles für um die 500 Euro haben; weder unternehme ich mit dem Pro 2 ausgedehnte Urlaubsreisen, noch bin ich damit im totalen Offroadgelände unterwegs.
Häufig wird hier in den Rezensionen erwähnt, er hätte keine Straßenzulassung, auch das kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Es gibt verschiedene Ausführungen, mit und ohne Straßenzulassung, hierauf wird auch eindeutig in den Angeboten hingewiesen... wer lesen kann, ist klar im Vorteil... 😉
Die Zulassung ist absolut problemlos, bei der Versicherung seines Vertrauens erhält man für rund 29 Euro (Haftpflicht) das kleine aufklebbare (Micro Mofa) Kennzeichen und los geht's...
Über Haltbarkeit und Robustheit kann ich nach wenigen Tagen noch keine vernünftigen Aussagen treffen, deshalb vergebe ich erst einmal lieber nur 4 Sterne. Sollte ich weiterhin so zufrieden sein, reiche ich die letzte Sterne nach...
Also aus meiner Sicht und für meine Ansprüche absolut empfehlenswert.

Nach gut 150 km Fahrspaß weiterhin sehr zufrieden, je nach Gelände und Speed pegelt sich die praxisorientierte Reichweite so um die 30 km Reichweite ein. Das ist akzeptabel. Nach wie vor begeistert das Handling, Lenker hochklappen, Knopf drücken und los. Alles sehr stabil, das wackelt nicht oder erweckt einen vertrauensunwürdigen Eindruck. Den Reifendruck nun auf die empfohlenen 50 PSI (um die 3,5 bar) angepasst, natürlich lässt der Federungskomfort zu wünschen übrig, denn es gibt ja praktisch keinen...,vielleicht helfen Gel Einlegesohlen...?😅Nun wirkt alles noch leistungsfähiger, Beschleunigung von 0 auf 20 km/h im Sportmodus ist erstaunlich. Mein Exemplar erreicht in der Ebene trotz eines 1,90 m und 100 KG Piloten lt. GPS Messung seine 20 km/h, bergab bis knapp 30 km/h. Bremsen lassen sich sehr gut dosieren.
Fazit: Ich vergebe alle Sterne, der Pro2 fasziniert, das Gesamtpaket ist absolut stimmig, das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht zu toppen...

Mittlerweile wurden 2.500 km mit dem Pro2 zurückgelegt. Reifen und Bremsen müssen erneuert werden. Insgesamt fühlt man sich auch nicht mehr so sicher, der Lenker hat am Klappgelenk Spiel und wackelt. Habe schon diverse Versuche unternommen, entsprechende Schrauben nachzuziehen und auch aus dem Zubehör Kunststoffteile als Unterfütterung am Klappgelenk verwendet. Leider ohne Erfolg... Werde mir wohl einen neuen E-Scooter zulegen, aber auf jeden Fall mit größeren 10" Rädern und kräftigerem (Heck) Motor, um auch Steigungen besser hochzukommen. Denn hierzu ist der Pro2 dann doch in seiner Leistung arg eingeschränkt. Die Akkuleistung hat auch nachgelassen, Reichweite und Power sind nicht mehr wie zu Beginn.
Aber OK, habe ihn auch 2.500 km genutzt und nicht geschont... Ist dann wohl so...More e-scooters for the price is not possible... I was lucky enough to be able to buy the Xiaomi Pro 2 as part of a short-term offer on Amazon for 456 euros last week, but the normal price around 550 euros is also more than fair.
In theory, the Pro 2 promises a range of up to 45 km, in practice I can reach a combat weight of 100 kg, not only on level, but also on easier climbs in “sport mode” 😅 around 30 km. I still find that very tidy. Speaking of “sport mode”, yes with this setting, the scooter travels a maximum of 19 km/h and therefore does not fully utilize the legally limited 20 km/h.
On slight slopes it's up to 21 km/h. I can certainly live with it. You should look at the overall package; the brakes give a confidence-inspiring impression, as does the folding mechanism. The scooter is easy to handle and quickly ready for use. The large running board is suitable for 2 feet of shoe size 47, the handlebar height also fits 1.90 m tall riders, you feel safe and have a good footing.
Anyone who wants fluffy suspension should buy a scooter, motorcycle or much more expensive e-scooter. You can't have everything for around 500 euros; I neither go on extended vacation trips with the Pro 2, nor am I traveling in total off-road terrain with it.
It is often mentioned in the reviews that it is not approved for use on the road, and I can't understand that either. There are various versions, with and without road approval, which is also clearly stated in the offers... anyone who can read has a clear advantage... 😉
The registration is absolutely hassle-free, with the insurance of your trust, you get the small stick-on (micro moped) license plate for around 29 euros (liability) and off you go...
I can't make any reasonable statements about durability and robustness after a few days, so I'd rather only give 4 stars for now. If I'm still so satisfied, I'll submit the last stars...
So absolutely recommended from my point of view and for my requirements.

After a good 150 km of driving pleasure, still very satisfied, depending on terrain and speed, the practice-oriented range is around 30 km. That is acceptable. The handling remains impressive: fold up the handlebars, push the button and go. Everything is very stable, it doesn't wobble or give off an untrustworthy impression. The tire pressure has now been adjusted to the recommended 50 PSI (around 3.5 bar), of course the suspension comfort leaves much to be desired, because there is virtually none... , maybe gel insoles will help...? 😅 Now everything looks even more powerful, acceleration from 0 to 20 km/h in sport mode is amazing. Despite a 1.90 m and 100 kg pilot according to GPS measurements, my copy reaches 20 km/h downhill up to just under 30 km/h. Brakes are very easy to dose.
Conclusion: I give all the stars that Pro2 fascinates, the overall package is absolutely consistent, the price/performance ratio is unbeatable...

Update 09.01.2024 2,500 km have
now been covered with the Pro2. Tires and brakes must be replaced. Overall, you don't feel as safe anymore, the handlebars play on the folding joint and wobbles. I have already made various attempts to tighten the appropriate screws and also used plastic parts from the accessories as lining on the folding joint. Unfortunately to no avail... I will probably buy a new e-scooter, but definitely with larger 10" wheels and a more powerful (rear) engine to get up climbs better. Because this means that the Pro2 is severely limited in its performance. The battery performance has also declined, the range and power are no longer the same as at the beginning.
But OK, I also used 2,500 km and didn't spare it... That's probably the way it is...
Der Scooter verfügt über 3 Geschwindigkeitstufen:
Bis 6 km/h , bis 16 km/h , bis 20 km/h
Im S (Sportmodus) bringt der Scooter einen in Sekunden auf die 20 km/h und zieht auch voll durch. Ich konnte ihn bereits ausgiebig testen.
Die Bremsen sind gut, auf nasser Fahrbahn bzw. Schnee Glatteis wird es aber rutschig.
Das Licht vorne ist sehr hell und vollkommen ausreichend, ebenso hinten. Man wird ebenfalls durch die fast garnicht auffallenden Reflektoren dennoch gut gesehen. Der Scooter lässt sich über die MI Home App aktiveren und steuern. Einsehen von Batteriestand in %, aktuelle Reichweite, Reichweite gesamt gefahren, man kann das Rücklicht immer einschaltet lassen (braucht man nicht) Updates durchführen und man kann den Roller sperren. Hilft aber nicht gegen Diebstahl. Am besten ein Schloss dazu kaufen und trotzdem nicht außer acht lassen.
Ich komme mit meinen guten 75KG sportlich auf die 20 km/h wie angegeben. Mit etwas Gepäck wie zusätzlichen Rucksack oder ein 6er Pack 1,5L Flaschen machen dem Scooter nichts aus. Er kommt dennoch auf seine 18-19 km/h und zieht durch. In dauertest im S Sportmodus schaffte ich mit 100% und einer angegebenen Reichweite von 30km bei meiner Tour 24,8KM. Dafür völlig ausreichend. Der Weg zur Arbeit ist damit drin. Ein paar Sachen erledigen, zum Bus oder Zug alles kein Problem.
Für 339€ kann man nichts sagen. Die Versicherung ist mit den beiliegenden Nummer(jede ist anders) in weniger als 5 min abgeschlossen. Das Kennzeichen ist ne nach Anbieter in 2 Tagen im Postkasten und man zahlt knapp 15€.
Der Akku lässt sich bei mir jedenfalls innerhalb 3,5h voll aufladen. Zwischenladen bei 80 oder 90 % würde ich der Batterie zu Liebe nicht empfehlen.
Im Schluss kann man sagen man bekommt für sein Geld eine 1A Qualität, Kundenservice und ein TOP Produkt. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen.The scooter is top processed as shown in the pictures. Everything fits here.
The scooter has 3 speed levels:
up to 6 km/h, up to 16 km/h, up to 20 km/h.
In the S (sport mode), the scooter takes you to 20 km/h in seconds and also pulls through fully. I've been able to test it extensively.
The brakes are good, but on wet road or snow, it gets slippery.
The front light is very bright and perfectly adequate, as well as rear. You will also be well seen by the almost inconspect reflectors. The scooter can be activated and controlled via the MI Home app. View the battery level in%, current range, total range driven, you can always turn on the rear light (you don't need) to perform updates and you can lock the scooter. But does not help against theft. It is best to buy a lock for this and still do not disregard it.
I get my good 75KG sporty to the 20 km/h as indicated. With a little luggage like an extra backpack or a pack of 6 1.5L bottles, the scooter does not mind. He still reaches his 18-19 km/h and pulls through. In endurance test in S Sport mode, I managed 24.8KM on my tour with 100% and a specified range of 30km. That's quite enough. The way to work is in here. Doing some stuff, no problem to the bus or train.
For €339 you can't say anything. The insurance is taken out with the enclosed number (each is different) in less than 5 minutes. The license plate number is right by provider in 2 days in the mailbox and you pay just under 15€.
In any case, the battery can be fully charged within 3.5 hours. I would not recommend loading at 80 or 90% for the sake of the battery.
In the end, you can say you get 1A quality, customer service and a TOP product for your money. I recommend it to everyone.
Dieser Scooter wird in Deutschland ganz normal zugelassen, Punkt!
Für die Inbetriebnahme auf jeden Fall die Bedienungsanleitung lesen, dauert nicht lange und nach 10min ist das Gerät registriert, man hat eine Elektronische Fahrwegsperre via App und kann losdüsen.
Man braucht nach der Registrierung natürlich nicht ständig ein Handy dabei, ausser man möchte alle Daten sehen oder sperren usw.
Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist der HAMMER, alles aus eine Metalllegierung die sich sehr hochwertig anfühlt.
Sogar die Scheibenbremse ist 100% eingestellt, da ist nichts locker oder sonstwas zu bemängeln. Die LED-Lichter vorne und hinten sind super, strahlen sehr hell und der Lichtkegel vorne hat eine weiten Winkel, man kann also einwandfrei auch Nachts damit fahren. Hab getestet ob viel Strom verbraucht wird wenn die Lichter ständig an sind, vielleicht 1%, wurden sehr sparsame LEDs verbaut.
Wie man sehen kann, haben wir noch ein Kinderlenker befestigt, so wird jetzt die Kleine ins Kindergarten hin u. zurückgebracht. Auf Stufe S schafft der Scooter auch ein Hügel wo wir dachten jetzt ist Schluss da mit der Kleine fast 100KG drauf waren :)
Es ist nicht unser erster Scooter, wir haben davor einige getestet aber so zufriedenstellend war bis jetzt keiner.
Auch jetzt mit viel Nässe und Laub ist kein Problem, die Reifen haben einen guten Grip.
Die vordere Elektronische Motorbremse mit Rekuperation funktioniert sehr gut, war sogar überrascht wie gut. Die hintere Scheibenbremse ist aber sehr gut, wenn man beide kombiniert ist die Bremsleistung hervorragend.
Also, nach 1 Monat kann man der E-Scooter nur loben. Sehr guter Arbeit, ein klasse Produkt!

Even the disc brake is set 100%, there is nothing loose or anything else to complain about. The front and rear LED lights are great, shine very brightly and the front beam of light has a wide angle, so you can drive with them perfectly even at night. Tested if a lot of power is consumed when the lights are constantly on, maybe 1%, very economical LEDs were installed.
As can be seen, we have another children's handlebar attached, so now the little one will be taken back to the kindergarten. At level S, the scooter also creates a hill where we thought it was now over that little one was almost 100KG on it:)
It's not our first scooter, we tested some before but no one has been so satisfactory until now.
Even now with a lot of moisture and leaves is no problem, the tires have a good grip.
The front electronic engine brake with recuperation works very well, was even surprised how well. However, the rear disc brake is very good when you combine both the braking performance is excellent.
So, after 1 month you can only praise the e-scooter. Very good work, a great product!
