    This Lego set was fun to build I was a little intimidated by the 16 and up rating but there was no need. The build was not to simple but not difficult enough to be frustrating. I have built Lego sets that are frustrating because have confusing instructions based on the angles in the workbook and I often need to take a break when this happens to get a new perspective. But this Lego set was just difficult to be entertaining. The detail on this Lego set was very precise. I enjoyed all the plant life and the detail in the rooms based on the interest. I also enjoyed the little hidden details like there is a hidden gem and a map that goes with it. It came in a large box which I was surprised at and it came out taller than I expected. But this was a pleasant surprise. I really enjoy it. The way this Lego set looks it has a playfulness to it as well as lots of details like the swing and the picnic table as well as the bird's nest. I do wish it had more animal life because it would be nice to have a squirrel or a frog by the river. This was overall my favorite Lego set I've ever created and it's sitting on my desk so I can always look at it.

    This is a really wonderful set. I got it on sale for $175 (I've never seen it that low again). Gift for my 20-year old son, who built it in a few days. The detail is crazy and so many things move (doors, swing, winch). The roof of each room comes off so you can see what is inside. You can change the color of the leaves as the seasons change. It's beautiful and fun. We are displaying it in our living room because I just love it!

    Very nice build. As an AFOL having just started in August, this is the 107th set I have completed. The largest to date. I love the roof elements. I despise the a frames on "up house", christmas builds, such a pain. I went with a mix of all the leaf colors as my tree is changing colors. Cute details, some easter eggs. I had the grown man on the swing and the little girl using the telescope. My price was $194, now it is $50 less. I would buy again!

    Haven't fully assembled the set yet but halfway through it and I enjoy every step of it.
    It's that satisfying and heartwarming feeling when you build every module in isolation and then mount it to the whole construction.
    Love it.

    [Update on December 10, 2020]: I've finally assembled that. It took a while (about a month) of assembly but every single step lets you feel the approaching joy of accomplishment.
    The only issue that I faced was the tree leaves.
    Your fingers might be in pain after attaching leaves one onto another using a tiny green pin.

    I can't believe I lucked out in getting one of these in the few minutes they were in stock at normal price a few months ago. I went a little bonkos with Lego during quarantine and saved this for last. It was worth the wait. The beginning was a little bland and had me worried but then the details started kicking in and the huts themselves were so fun and clever. Am I wrong in thinking this is the only Lego set with a full bathroom, including a shower? Lego City must be STINK. Anyway, I added some extra minifigures and the truck with the caravan really added a lot to the aesthetic. I know it's silly but I think my favorite feature is the creek. It's just so cleverly done. I also adore the steps and the telescope and the dining area. If I had to complain, it would be that there is no practical way for them to get to the highest hut besides walking on those branches. I may try to build my own little walkway or something but that and the little space for the minifigures to walk up in the treehouses were my only real disappointment. Otherwise, I can't stop staring at this. I love it so much. Thank you for getting me through the last seven months, Lego!

    My 7 and a half year old grandson is on day 2 of assembling this awesome treehouse. He is a lego expert for his age. He loves all the awesome details. He usually takes his legos apart and rebuilds them. He said he will not be doing that with the treehouse. I love the little ship in a bottle in the bedroom. He built the actual lego ship in the bottle for his birthday last July. This treehouse was worth every penny.
