Performance-wise, it’s been fantastic. Whether I’m using it at home or on the go, it’s reliable and consistent every time. Plus, it looks great — I’ve actually gotten a few compliments on it already! Definitely worth the investment if you’re looking for something that feels high-end without being overly complicated.
Would 100% recommend the Tuttio Soleil 01 to anyone on the fence. It’s one of those products you’ll be glad you picked up!
It’s got some good speed, however it lacks in quickness a little. It’s very nimble and has good suspension and exceptional brakes right out of the box. Very easy assembly.
Overall it’s a perfect beginner bike without feeling left out of the loop too much, and a simple enough bike to learn how these things operate. Very upgradable
I love how lightweight it is; it makes handling a breeze. Whether I'm navigating tight city streets or open paths, it has great stability and responsiveness. The design is also sleek and modern, which is a nice bonus.
One thing I really appreciate is how comfortable the seat is, even during longer rides. Overall, I’m really with my purchase. If you’re looking for a reliable and fast bike, the Tuttio Soleil01 is definitely worth considering!
The bike is not excessively heavy, and I actually transported it on my Kuat bike rack without incident. If I had a search for anything negative, I would say the chain tension adjustment is challenging should the chain become loose as a requires loosening multiple bolts and adjusting screws to get the right tension while keeping the rear wheel still in perfect alignment.
We ordered a front and rear add-on light as well
Also, another strong consideration is that we were able to have this shipped when we purchased it on Amazon for free. All the other bikes we looked at would’ve cost us $500 to ship so this really adds to the value.
The bike came and took me only 1 hour to assemble it and on the road it went SUPER FUN bike and highly recommend to anyone that’s 14 and up that’s looking to have fun with friends and get good at wheelies!😛👌

One thing I would do for new owners is pull the bolts out of the break calipers and add some lock tight then retighten. They will come loose if not.
I did have my discharge port fail on me due to a loose connection. While it took a little back and forth and everyone may not appreciate this the company had me diagnose a few things with a multi meter then send me replacements parts free of charge. To their credit they even uploaded a brand new you tube video on how to replace these parts. They’re a smaller company so can’t afford to just send out a new battery which I get. I feel they went above and beyond getting the bike back on the road.

..pls the instructions were kinda not there didn't tell you theres plastic on the front brake handle whichake it impossible to buy the disc in the brakes or that the brake handles have to look like the photo with the big squares facing up. Good quality. Looks cool. Definitely value. And battery pretty good. Definitely gonna upgrade this thing.
Bummer the footpeg was cracked on onside but I changed them out anyway.
Front fender is floppy. I changed it out for a cr50 black front fender and fit perfectly.
Got the bike assembled and my kid loves it! I'm a big guy and I was able to ride it. My older boys like it too because it is light and they can catch air easier than on my bike.
Advertised to go 37 mph. We hit 36.2 so it is about right there. This is a lot of bike for the price! Battery last about 1.5 hours (ish). Good enough for a day trip. Surprisingly, it is louder than my talaria, but my talaria was over triple the price.
Then yesterday 1/3/25 he was riding and it started to make a funny noise. He pushed the bike over to me. That’s when I noticed that the front brake caliper was in the process of falling off. In an abundance of caution I checked the rear brakes and it too was barely hanging on with just one loose screw. This must be a common problem because extra screws are provided in the tool kit that comes with the bike. I cleaned off the screws and applied blue Loctite to all of the screws. I’m pretty sure that those 4 won’t be coming loose anytime in the near future.
I’m uncomfortable giving it 4 stars but he loves this thing. I really should give 3 stars because of the brake issue and lack of response from the manufacturer.
Update: 01/11/2025
While grandson was riding today, the rear shock came apart. I was able to remove the upper part of the shock but the lower part will not budge. I have an email on the way to the seller. Waiting to see if they answer this one because they still haven’t answered the one from two weeks ago. Dropping rating to a three star. It’s a shame because grandson has a great time on it when all the parts are functioning properly.

Bought a ebox 2.0 box came all damaged and plus bike came with a bad controller took almost a month to ride the ebox plus 1700$

Performance-wise, the Tuttio delivers. It's powerful but manageable, giving our boy trill he was looking while giving us peace of mind how well it handles. Whether he's on trails or in open areas, the bike performs with consistency and control. It's clearly engineered with real care and attention.
But what really stood out was the customer service. It felt like we were working with not a company but family in the best way possible. The Tuttio team was incredibly helpful, patient with our questions, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. This kind of old-school, top-tier service is incredible rare these days and made the whole experience feel very personal and trustworthy. As parents, we couldn't ask for more. The swappable battery and name branch customizable controller are the two differences that really make this worth the small amount of extra money.
Easy to do upgrades I already upgraded my foot pegs customer service is great if you have any problems they take care of it right away I own a few electric bikes this is by far the best value
Lot better quality than a razor dirt bike if you're looking at electric dirt bikes this is the one you should get for sure ! 😍 If you buy one make sure you buy the thing to tune it it definitely helps out gives a little more power over stock
The good stuff: It is fun! Has lots of torque and speed. It looks well made(besides the wheel) and I think it will last a long time. I have found lots of people online with cool mods that can make this thing really rip! And it is big enough for my boy to grow into. His other bike is a CRF70 and this is a little bit bigger. The suspension is nice.
In closing, I would definitely recommend this bike. I would just prepare to keep the packaging and if there is anything wrong, promptly return and get another, as online support seems to be non-existent.
